Welcome to Anaheim Elementary School District (AESD)

We're glad you're here! Follow the steps below to enroll your child.

If you do not reside within Anaheim Elementary School District boundaries, after you have completed your enrollment you will need to obtain a release from your district of residence.

Note Per California Law:  Students may not attend school without up-to-date immunizations.

Preschool Enrollment

New Enrollment – TK through 6th Grade

For students enrolling in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 6th grade who have never attended an AESD school, please follow the steps below to complete your enrollment.

Step 1

Complete the Aeries Online Registration

During the Aeries Online Registration, you will be prompted to upload required documents.

If you are able to upload all required documents during Step 1, you do not need to email or bring any documents to the school office.

If you are not able to upload your documents during Step 1, you must print out and turn in the required documents listed below to your home school.

Required Documents Include:

Documents marked with an asterisk (*) are required for all students. Other documents may be required based on your individual circumstances.

  • * Birth Certificate, Passport, or Affidavit of Birth
  • * Immunizations
  • Proof of Address (See Residence Verification Form for requirements)
  • Individualized Education Plan (IEP) – if applicable
  • * Court Documents – if applicable

Previously Enrolled at AESD

For students enrolling in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 6th grade who have previously attended an AESD school, please follow the steps below to complete your enrollment.

Step 1

Contact Your Home School

Your child is already in the AESD Database and you DO NOT need to create an online enrollment account.

Please contact your home school to verify your child's enrollment information.

If you are unsure of your home school, please use the School Locator to find your home school and contact information.

After Your Child Is Enrolled

Once your child is enrolled, keep an eye out for an email notification regarding the following. Read more below.

 1. Aeries Parent Portal

Use the Aeries Parent Portal  to access your child's attendance, state test scores, and complete data confirmation. You will receive an email with login information from noreply@anaheimelementary.org.

 2. ParentSquare

ParentSquare is an application used by your student's school to send parents/guardians school notifications throughout the school year. You will receive an invitation via email to join your school's ParentSquare. View this guide to create an account.
